Challenges

  • The health-tech space has strict advertising regulations — every piece of copy had to be reviewed for compliance, slowing iteration speed significantly.
  • Launch coincided with iOS privacy changes that broke our attribution model. We had to rebuild tracking infrastructure mid-campaign.
  • Influencer partnerships required careful vetting: we screened 80+ candidates to find 6 who genuinely aligned with the brand's values.
